Connecting your Google Business Profile is one of the most important steps when setting up Everfect. It allows you to collect Google reviews, reply to them, and manage key profile features from one place.
Why Connecting Google Is Important
When your Google Business Profile is connected, you can:
- Collect Google reviews automatically
- Reply to Google reviews directly from Everfect
- Sync business information accurately
- Use Google Business Profile features inside Everfect
If Google is not connected, some features will be limited.
When to Connect Google
You can connect your Google Business Profile:
- During account registration
- After signing up, from your Everfect dashboard
If you skipped this step earlier, don’t worry — you can connect it at any time.
Connection Options
Everfect offers two ways to connect your Google Business Profile.
Option 1: Google Login (Recommended)
This is the recommended option for full functionality.
Steps
- Click Connect Google Account
- Log in to your Google account
- Allow the pop-up and requested permissions
- Select the Google Business Profile you want to manage
What you get
- Ability to reply to Google reviews
- Full Google Business Profile features
- Complete review syncing
Option 2: Google Public Access
This option lets you connect without logging into Google.
Steps
- Select Google Public Access
- Search for your business name
- Choose your business from the list
- Click the button to integrate
Important limitations
- You cannot reply to Google reviews
- Google Business Profile features are unavailable
- Only the 10 most recent reviews are fetched per day
To unlock full features later, you’ll need to reconnect using Google Login.

- Only profiles you manage in Google will appear
