Creating your Everfect account is quick and simple. You’ll be guided step by step so you can start using the platform without any technical setup.
1. Visit the Everfect Pricing Page
Go to the Everfect pricing page to begin the registration process.
2. Click Start Setup
Choose the plan you want and click Start setup to begin.
3. Enter Your Business Email Address
Use an email address that you check regularly. This email will be used for:
- Account login
- Important notifications
- Review alerts
Click Start trial to continue.
4. Set Your Password
Create a secure password, confirm it, and save.
Password tips:
- At least 8 characters
- Use a mix of letters and numbers
- Avoid reused passwords
5. Enter Your Business or Location Name
Add your business or location name and confirm.
This helps Everfect personalise your setup and reporting.
6. Connect Your Google Business Profile (Recommended)
You can connect Google now or skip this step and do it later.
Connecting Google early is highly recommended because it enables full review management and profile features.
You have two connection options:
Option A: Google Login (Recommended)
Connect using your Google account.
Steps:
- Click Connect Google Account
- Log in to your Google account
- Allow the pop-up and requested permissions
- Select the Google Business Profile you want to manage
Benefits:
- Reply to Google reviews
- Access Google Business Profile features (if it’s included in your chosen Plan)
- Full review syncing
Option B: Google Public Access
Connect without logging into Google.
Steps:
- Choose Google Public Access
- Search for your business name
- Select your business
- Click the button to integrate
Important limitations:
- You cannot reply to Google reviews
- Google Business Profile features are unavailable
- Only the 10 most recent reviews are fetched per day
To unlock full features, you’ll need to connect using Google Login later.
7. You’re In
Once these steps are completed, your Everfect account is ready to use.
After registration, Everfect will send a notification email to your inbox.
Please check your email.
Beginner Tips
- If you’re unsure, connect Google using Google Login for full access you can skip Google connection and complete it later
- Additional locations can be added after setup
Advanced Tips (Optional)
- Agencies can repeat this process for multiple locations
- Google connection method can be changed later
- Team members can be invited after onboarding
