How to customise your Review link and page
The Review Link is your primary tool for reputation management.
To begin customising your page, navigate to the Review Link menu and explore the four tabs below:
1. Main Tab (Branding)
This tab controls the “intelligence” and look of your page.
- Branding: Upload your logo to ensure the page feels like a natural extension of your business.
- Custom URL: Personalise your link to match your brand.
- Note: Once this URL is set, avoid changing it. Updating the link will cause any previously generated QR codes to break and stop working.
2. Sites Tab (Platform Management)
Choose exactly where your happy customers go.
- Toggle Platforms: Activate or deactivate specific sites (Google, Facebook, etc.) with a single click.
- Custom Links: Add unlimited links to niche or industry-specific review sites that aren’t integrated by default.
3. Texts Tab (Messaging & Voice)
Make the page sound like your brand.
- Custom Titles & Subtitles: Use the built-in editors to rewrite the prompts for both the initial landing page and the feedback forms.
- Personalisation: Ensure your messaging is authentic to your brand voice to encourage higher completion rates.
4. Other Tab (Advanced Settings)
Fine-tune the technical behaviour of your page.
- Data Consent: Enable or disable the requirement for personal data consent on the private feedback form.
- Disable Branding: (Optional) Remove platform branding for a cleaner, white-label look.
- Private-Only Mode: Deactivate public review requests entirely if you want to use the link strictly for internal market research.
