Steps
- Open your Everfect dashboard
- Go to Requests
- Click on Contacts and Add Contacts
- Fill in your contact details and save
- Go to Templates
- Click on New Template
- Add the name of your Template and click on Next
- Choose your channel and click on Next
- Set up the Template and click on Create
- Click on Send
- Click on New Campaign
- Name your Campaign and click on Next
- Select your channel and click on Next
- Select the Contact Group and click on Next
- Select the Template and click on Next
- Ensure all information is accurate before sending, as no further changes can be made after this point.
- Click on Send
What to Check During the Test
When you receive the test request, check:
- The message wording and tone
- The review link opens properly
- The review page looks correct on mobile and desktop
- The correct review platforms appear
