If your business operates more than one location, managing your online reputation can quickly become complex.
The Multi-Location Management feature allows you to centralise all your locations into one master account while keeping each location’s data independent.
Whether you run a franchise, a chain of retail shops, multiple restaurants, or service branches in different cities, this system enables you to manage everything from one streamlined dashboard.
Why It Matters
Without centralisation, you would need to:
- Log into multiple accounts
- Monitor separate review platforms
- Track performance manually
- Compare locations using spreadsheets
Multi-location management solves this by:
- Consolidating all reviews into one platform
- Allowing seamless switching between locations
- Keeping each branch’s data separate but accessible
- Enabling performance comparison across sites
This saves time, improves oversight, and strengthens brand consistency across your business.
Managing Multiple Locations
Centralised Dashboard
All your locations appear inside your master account.
From here, you can:
- View reviews per location
- Monitor analytics
- Configure integrations
- Manage settings independently
Each location operates separately but remains connected to your overall account.
Adding a New Location
Step 1: Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings → Locations.
Click New Location.
Step 2: Check Subscription Limits
If you see a warning message stating you’ve reached your maximum number of locations, you will need to:
- Visit the Billing Portal
- Increase your subscription quantity
- Add additional location capacity
This allows your account to scale as your business grows.
Step 3: Create the Location
Enter the new location name (e.g., “Second Location”) and click Confirm.
The system immediately creates the new location profile.
You will now see it listed alongside your existing locations.
Switching Between Locations
Using the Location Switcher
The location switcher appears prominently within the interface.
To change location:
- Click the location menu
- Select the desired location
The platform instantly updates to display:
- Reviews
- Analytics
- Settings
- Integrations
Everything shown is specific to the selected location.
You can switch between locations as often as needed throughout the day.
Setting Up Each Location
Each location requires its own integration setup.
After creating a new location:
1. Connect Review Sites
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect:
- Google Business Profile
- Yelp
- Other review platforms
Each physical location typically has its own listing.
2. Set Up Communication Channels
Configure:
- Text Message (SMS)
Some channels may remain the same across locations, while others differ.
3. Connect Social Media Pages
If locations have separate Facebook or Instagram pages, connect them individually.
Ongoing Management
Once configured, you can:
- Collect reviews independently
- Automate responses
- Analyse performance per branch
- Compare location metrics
- Share best practices across locations
You maintain full control over each branch while benefiting from a unified system.
Best Practices
- Standardise branding across all locations
- Monitor performance comparisons monthly
- Connect integrations immediately after creating a location
- Use consistent review request processes across branches
- Upgrade your subscription before hitting capacity limits
Common Mistakes
- Forgetting to complete integrations for new locations
- Mixing review platforms between locations
- Giving all locations identical settings without local adjustments
- Not monitoring underperforming branches
- Waiting until reaching subscription limits before upgrading
